Over the past 20 years Amie has sharpened her ability to listen, understand, and quickly formulate a plan to help clients achieve their goals for therapy. She is especially astute in uncovering a person’s limiting beliefs that have interfered with a person moving forward in their life. Amie brings a blend of warmth, insightfulness, compassion, humor, and firm communication as key skills in aiding her client’s transformation. Amie has a keen interest in assisting people work through painful past experiences that have resulted in clients engaging in unhealthy coping skills.
Throughout Amie’s career she has developed skills in assisting clients set boundaries in dysfunctional relationships related to spouses, parents, and partners. She is a certified clinical trauma professional and trained as a level 1 EMDR professional.

Jan Smith, M.A.

Jan’s leadership and coaching are guided by over four decades of experience. Clients who meet with Jan feel comfortable and are impressed with her ability to really listen, be direct, her wisdom and empathy, and fairness and gives hope to the individuals and couples she coaches. Jan has a wealth of knowledge and experience working with chronic/acute trauma, dysfunctional family systems, and problematic adult child/parent relationships. She has extensive training in EMDR, breathwork/Bodywork, Mindfulness, and Storytelling. In addition to her extensive addiction and 12 step training with individuals and couples, Jan incorporates:

Jessica has been with Fritz Trauma Institute since 2015. She is a gentle person with a high level of commitment to excellence. Her technological savvy and efficiency are matched by her kindness, consistent caring, and responsiveness. Jessica has intricate knowledge of insurance billing and a great capacity to problem solve when billing issues arrive. If she cannot get to the bottom of the issue, she works with clients with the utmost respect and privacy to get billing issues resolved in a timely fashion. Jessica has been instrumental in advancing our practice in offering the best teletherapy possible.
